Engineering

Planning permit, building permit, water permit, formal acceptance and more permits – all this is required for the majority of construction projects. Excellent coordination with other activities and stakeholders is required for obtaining these permits. The term “engineering” in the Czech republic means that client’s interests are defined (e.g. compliance with zoning plan), the design is prepared, requests are filed with relevant stakeholders to obtain their formal statements, possible changes are implemented and requests for planning and building permits are filed with the building authority

As part of engineering, we:

Assist with the preparation of documents appended to the zoning permit and building permit application.
Negotiate the tender design with competent authorities and organisations.
Prepare the zoning permit and building permit application.
Obtain the occupancy permit for the investor (and/or the preliminary use permit).
Attend trial operation and warranty tests.
